Indeegenus Return & Refund Policy
We take great pride in the quality of every ingredient, spice, staple, piece of fresh produce, that leaves our facility and farm network. Because these items are food products, all sales are final once they leave our facility.
However, if there is a mistake on our part with your order or there is a problem with quality on delivery our team will do our upmost best to resolve it.
1. Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Items
- Contact Us Within 7 Days of delivery: Email hello@indeegenus.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.
- Our Resolution: At our discretion, we may replace the item, issue store credit, or refund the purchase price (including original shipping, where applicable).
- No Returns Required: For safety reasons, food items cannot be sent back.
2. Perishable Fresh Produce
- Fresh produce is highly perishable and sensitive to temperature and transit time. Please open and inspect your produce boxes immediately upon delivery.
- If produce arrives spoiled or significantly damaged, follow the steps above; our team will work to address the issue.
3. Dried Spices & Staples
- Our spices and pantry staples are small‑batch and sealed for freshness. Because they are consumable they cannot be returned.
- Quality concerns reported within 7 days of delivery will be handled with the same process noted above.
4. Non‑Food Merchandise
- Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective. Contact our team for instructions.
5. Shipping Issues Outside Our Control
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, contact the carrier first; then reach out to us and our team will assist where possible.
